Stevie Bell Goes To Bootcamp

A few weeks ago, Pro Snowboarder and DBOT5 lifestyle golfer Stevie Bell spent some uber-exciting time out in the luscious lands of California getting a taste of Spy’s 8th Annual Summer Bootcamp!

Very much in Stevie style, he was seen exerting what appears to be a lifetime amount of endless energy surfing, wakeboarding and riding moto.  It’s kinda exhausting just watching Stevie. We’re pretty sure he may be part robot…but we’ll have to get back to you on that one. (Research in progress.) Take a peek at some pictures of Stevie, making his way through the bootcamp madness.

Spy’s Summer Bootcamp is a sort-of fantasy retail contest which gives nine of their lucky retailers the chance to experience what the real California dream is all about! The five days of events take place right in Spy’s backyard, alongside Spy’s pro athletes. DBOT5 is super proud that our man Stevie had the chance to give us a look in side his adventures with Spy. The Bootcamp 8 crew also got to check out the Summer X Games for a day as well as hit up the “Fantasy Factory” for a Monster party with skateboarder Rob Dyrdek.

Stevie Bell Shooting For Fuel TV’s “Built To Shred”

By: Marissa Foglia for

Stevie Bell’s globetrotting continues, as he has been spending some time up at Big Bear recently, shooting for an upcoming episode for Fuel TV’s “Built to Shred”.

The inventive idea behind “Built to Shred” is to take random, regular, everyday things not meant for shredding…and shred them! Host Jeff King works with the pros to create some insanely ridiculous obstacles.

This typically creates a funhouse for riders and makes for some stellar photos and film footage, too! Check out the link below to get a closer look at the process leading up to the fun!

JP Walker: Pro Snowboarder

By: Marissa Foglia for

JP Walker has come a long way from his beginnings as a young kid skating the streets of Farmington, Utah with Jeremy Jones. JP a.k.a. “The Don”, has become one of the most highly respected athletes in the snowboarding industry for a number of reasons…how much time do you have? This guy perfectly blends his innovative tricks with an unmatched and unparalleled style, not to mention the ten years of insanely impressive video parts.

JP has the kind of skills so envied that spectators are often simply left shaking their heads in awe. You can find countless articles, including more than 8 magazine covers in the last year graced with JP’s confidence.

Publications such as Snowboard, Method and Transworld Snowboarding just to name a few. JP continues to push the progression of snowboarding in his own way, filming for the Stepchild/32 Team video with teammates Simon Chamberlain and Joe Sexton. JP also understands the coolness of golf and it’s no surprise he enjoys putting away in his spare time…whenever that is. Keep an eye out on DBOT5′s website for more updates on JP and his dope skills on the course!

Stevie Bell: Pro Snowboarder

Stevie, a.k.a. “The Kid” is turning heads on the snow as well as the green. Stevie burst onto the scene in 2005. His outgoing, energetic personality blended with his ongoing roster of extensive appearances in major snowboarding films shows that this kid isn’t going anywhere.

Stevie is one busy bee as he favors golf in his available free time. The Utah native claims his gold handicap is, well, a bad temper…but we won’t hold that against him..because at the end of the day this kid has more athletic talent than most people anyone of us know. We like him rocking’ our DBOT5 gear ‘cuz his attitude mends well with our mission…lifestyle for the extreme!

Erin Comstock: Pro Snowboarder

By: Marissa Foglia for

Let us share a little secret with you…this girl is the total package! Not only is Erin THE best woman in snowboarding today, but she’s really easy on the eyes and super smart! Growing up with Lake Tahoe in her backyard must have been a dreamy setting and a super inspiration for this multi-talented sports chick…especially with all those slopes and winter sports at her disposal.

In 2002, Erin’s career really started to soar as she gained a place on the Roxy snow team! Her accomplishments have skyrocketed from there. At the 2004 U.S. Open she took 2nd place in the rail competition. That same year she took 1st at the Red Bull Heavy Metal Rail Jam. But it was Erin’s 2006/2007 season that set her over the edge as a pro, as she was filmed for two snowboarding films…pretty sweet. Keep an eye out for Erin in the pages of countless board mags and on DBOT5’s website.

We love her free spirit and athletic abilities…and the fact that she really digs golf. She hearts DBOT5, too (which makes us smile) because she fancies a golf company that suits her stylish taste…thank you very much!
