Walking Among Brits On St. Patrick’s Day

Being half Italian and half Czechoslovakian, I am by no means Irish. However, since I happen to be in London this year for St. Patrick’s Day, I couldn’t help but share this festive shot of The London Eye taken from  just outside my suite at the Park Plaza Westminster…all lit up green for the holiday!

If London had a higher percentage of sunshine and a beach with blue water…I’d move here in a heartbeat. It is by far one of my favorite cities on the planet and is filled with so many people, places and things that I love. This trip has been wonderful and everyone I encounter is so friendly and chatty…it is refreshing. The unforgettable memories I’ve already made here have been safely placed within the deepest pockets of my heart…and I am grateful.
